Core Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of IT support operations, including ticket queue quality, SLA performance, and regional strategic initiatives. Lead the mentoring of junior engineers and optimize onboarding/offboarding workflows and documentation standards.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and over 6 years of experience in IT support. Must be proficient in Atlassian tools, SaaS applications, and both Windows and macOS operating systems.
