Core Responsibilities

Develop monthly variable compensation models aligned with budget and employee motivation needs. Propose and execute tactical campaigns for mid-cycle adjustments. Utilize AI/ML to identify sales opportunities and optimize incentives. Present proposals and results to the board and CEO monthly. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the sales force.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Commercial Management, or related fields. Experience in Incentive Design/Variable Compensation. Experience in Large-Scale Sales Operations. Proficiency in Quantitative Data Analysis (advanced Excel + SQL or Python). Comfort in High Volatility Environments. Experience presenting to C-Level/Executive Directors.
