Manage Shared Services to ensure efficiency, quality, productivity, and compliance with regulations. Lead centralized operational processes including registration, accounts, capital, credit, and administrative routines. Monitor indicators, costs, and operational results to generate management information for decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience in operations and process management, preferably in agency environments or shared services. Knowledge of financial products and services, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
