Manage and develop a portfolio of predominantly individual associates, ensuring compliance with established commercial agendas. Prospect new associates through external visits and events, maintaining updated records and documentation.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in a commercial role, preferably in cooperatives or banks. Required certifications include CPA, C-PRO R or C-PRO I. Knowledge of financial products, cooperative legislation, sales techniques, and negotiation skills is essential.
