Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing the entire Human Resources process, including attending to internal client needs and managing HR systems and platforms. This position also involves acting as a Business Partner for stakeholders and supporting line managers in improving leadership capabilities, engagement, and compliance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a third-level degree in Human Resources-related fields and possess between 3 and 5 years of experience in HR management, selection, training, and development. A key requirement is the availability to travel to the plant in Babahoyo, along with specific knowledge of labor legislation and all HR subsystems.
