Coordinate the real-time monitoring of Urbvan units using vehicle telematics systems, managing the team and executing service continuity protocols with supervisors and drivers. Organize and coordinate backup units for Urbvan operations while maintaining close communication with customer support to ensure a positive user experience.
Requirements
Candidates must have prior experience as a monitoring chief, including at least one year in a similar role. Proficiency in intermediate Excel and G-suite is required, with knowledge of Slack being a plus, and availability for on-site work six days a week.
