ANALYST II - LEGAL LABOR & LITIGATION LABOR ADVICE - T&C COLOMBIA

Support the legal management of individual and collective labor relations and social security for the entity. Prepare and analyze legal concepts, respond to internal requests, and assist in litigation processes and labor contingencies. Manage and control operational and administrative processes related to the area, including budgeting, hiring, and payment of external advisors.

Bachelor's degree in Law. Minimum 1 year of experience in legal areas, labor relations, or law firms, with experience in preparing legal concepts and supporting litigation processes, preferably in labor and social security matters. Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and social security.
