Core Responsibilities

The main purpose of this position is to execute the Pull strategy in the assigned region by developing food service operators and supporting commercial management with distributors to drive sustainable growth and increase sell-out in the professional channel. Key objectives include developing operators through prospecting and continuous support, ensuring excellent execution of the Pull strategy, and collaborating with distributors to boost sell-out.

Requirements

Candidates must have between 2 and 4 years of experience in commercial, sales, or field execution roles, along with completed or ongoing tertiary or university education. Essential requirements include the ability to manage a dynamic territory, proficiency in Excel, digital tools, and CRM, and availability for frequent travel within the assigned region.
