Associate Director, Operations

Ensure timely and effective execution on deliverables including scope of work, contractual issues, and budget negotiation. Manage staff responsibilities including performance management, hiring, and employee development. Ensure quality objectives are met and develop project SOPs while complying with all company policies and procedures.

10+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Proven leadership skills with 5+ years of management responsibility. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, São Paulo, Brazil, to work in a hybrid model.
