Lead the paid social creative strategy for 8-10 clients by using data insights and consumer research to design high-performing assets. Collaborate with internal production teams and clients to iterate on creative concepts and optimize key performance metrics like CPA and ROAS.

Requirements

Requires proficiency in Meta Ads Manager or similar performance tools and the ability to translate data into actionable creative roadmaps. Candidates must be skilled in writing effective ad copy and scripts while managing client communications and production workflows.
