Finance Accounting Specialist

Manage and execute accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS. Oversee monthly closings, reconciliations, and inventory accounting in a high-volume retail environment. Analyze accounts related to sales, inventories, costs, and expenses, identifying variances and proposing improvements to strengthen financial control.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a valid CPA license (or equivalent). At least 5 years of professional accounting experience in retail. Proven experience in monthly closings, reconciliations, inventory, cost, and sales accounting. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
