Senior Manager I- Professional Development & Talent Acquisition & Mobility - T&c

Lead the Global Mobility model and the Executive and Confidential Talent Attraction agenda at BBVA Colombia. Ensure strategic management of international expatriation and impatriation processes, as well as the selection of executive and specialized profiles. Coordinate with global providers and advise business areas on diversity initiatives and talent analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields with a postgraduate degree in Human Management or Organizational Development. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent and Culture, focusing on talent attraction and executive search. Intermediate-advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) is required.
