Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across payroll, benefits, and talent development. Resolve employee cases following established procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

Requires intermediate English and studies in HR, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration. Proficiency in Office tools and availability to work from 12 PM to 9 PM is necessary.
