What You'll Do
Prepare and review valuation models and reports for various purposes, including business sales transactions and strategic management support. Develop and review project finance models for bids and financial closures, as well as management models for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Supervise and train analysts and interns.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. At least 3 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Business Valuation, and/or Financial Modeling. Strong knowledge of company valuation techniques, including DCF and market multiples, as well as methodologies for valuing intangible assets. Experience in preparing or reviewing project finance models for bids and financial closures.
