Core Responsibilities

Lead paid search strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance meets or exceeds efficiency, growth, and budget targets. Develop and implement channel-specific optimization and monitoring strategies, leveraging bid management platforms such as SA360 to drive results. Coach and mentor team members by supporting onboarding, providing account-level context, and developing both technical and strategic paid search capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms. Advanced understanding of paid search strategy across the funnel, including experience with bid management platforms such as SA360. Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to inform optimization and strategy decisions.
