Ensure timely compliance with Ops Clock standards including start-up, TIER 1, personnel assignment, dispatch, and closure. Monitor real-time KPIs for the shift and immediately correct deviations. Lead and motivate the operational team and drivers, promoting recognition and company culture. Conduct field tours to identify findings, propose action plans, and evaluate candidates or documentation.
Requirements
Experience in logistics operations, Last Mile, parcel delivery, or distribution centers, leading operational teams of at least 10-15 people. Knowledge of Last Mile KPIs: DS, productivity, dispatch, RTS. Intermediate proficiency in Excel/G-Sheets; familiarity with MELI operational tools is desirable. Situational leadership skills and conflict management in operational settings.
