Lead multidisciplinary projects for new products, managing schedules, risk matrices, and technical deliverables with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for power tools and batteries, and monitor project outcomes post-launch. Act as the focal point for project leaders and organize project review meetings with local management.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Production Engineering or related fields. Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is a relevant plus. Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with PMBOK guidelines and agile methodologies is required.
