Manage and expand the microcredit portfolio. Evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants. Provide financial advice to clients. Maintain constant follow-up on granted credits. Work outside the office visiting clients 80% of the time and in the office 20%.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commercial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, and portfolio management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The position requires full-time availability, with 80% of the time spent visiting clients and 20% in the office.
