Supervisor/a de Mantenimiento (Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo)

Supervise the execution of major and minor construction works, ensuring compliance with construction standards and architectural design specifications. Guarantee adherence to contractual construction scope and quality by visiting all works and branches for maintenance. Manage service contracts for major and minor works, maintenance, and cleaning, ensuring understanding of the contractual scope by all service providers.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and project administration. Knowledge in budget management and execution of construction works, as well as understanding of electromechanical systems and general maintenance.
