Analista Jr Analytics - Control de Gestión

Manage data and processes for the data governance project and non-systematized data. Collect data inventories from various Human Management teams, reviewing data types, sources, frequency, and other important KPIs. Create data collection procedures and standardize reporting. Generate and monitor management indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience in Project Management, Process Management, Automation, AI Development, and Data Analytics. Proficiency in Power Automate, BI, Python, SQL, Copilot Studio, and IA Builder or similar tools.
