Mid Functional Business Analyst

Design Customer Journeys and manage the creation of journeys within CRM platforms. Analyze and manage Marketing CRM processes, considering the lifecycle of potential customers. Identify and understand integration needs between platforms and CRM systems. Ensure data governance and quality, identifying duplicates and opportunities for improvement in customer information.

2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA). Functional knowledge of Marketing CRM, preferably Salesforce. Experience in designing Customer Journeys and managing journeys in CRM platforms. Knowledge of system integrations and data governance.
