Coordinate, organize, and direct daily operations of the maintenance workshop for heavy machinery and vehicles. Plan, supervise, and assign daily tasks to a technical team of approximately 30 people. Organize and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of heavy equipment to ensure operational availability.

Experience in managing maintenance operations for heavy machinery. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and evaluate team performance. Technical knowledge in maintenance planning and execution.
