Conduct daily maintenance meetings to align activities and set priorities. Analyze service requests and direct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks. Open material and service requisitions and track them in the system. Delegate tasks to the maintenance team based on generated plans and validate services provided by third-party companies.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Experience in managing personnel in electrical maintenance and automation. Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite and maintenance software such as SAP - PM module. Availability to work the Marshall shift from 18:00 to 06:00 in Araçariguama/SP.
