Sort Center Area Manager Jr, Sort Center

Lead, manage, and develop a team of Amazon Associates. Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team. Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs. Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention.

High school diploma or bachelor's degree. Ability to work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours and lift and move items up to 49 pounds.
