You will undergo a journey of at least 12 months with a complete development package. This includes personalized training aligned with your career stage, individual support to boost your growth, and the autonomy to lead a significant project from your first year.

You must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Technologist degree, with an expected graduation between July 2028 and July 2030. Active enrollment and university approval for an internship are required, along with identification as a person with a disability, Black or Brown person, and/or part of the LGBTQIAPN+ community.
