Design and scale urban last mile delivery architecture in major consumption centers in Brazil. Manage the freight budget for channels, ensuring cost per order targets are met. Lead logistics response plans for critical retail peaks and ensure continuous improvement of key performance indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Solid experience in leadership roles within last mile logistics or fulfillment, preferably in e-commerce or omnichannel environments. Advanced analytical skills to translate large data volumes into actionable plans.
