Core Responsibilities

The main objective is to efficiently execute Contact Center operational processes by managing customer interactions and applying service guidelines to ensure quality service delivery across established channels. Key functions include contacting new prospects, advising clients, converting leads into sales, managing assigned campaigns, and handling complex customer situations.

Requirements

Candidates must have a High School diploma or university studies in Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of commercial experience is required, preferably within a Call Center environment, and the position is exclusively available for candidates in Guatemala.
