QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Monitor operational health by tracking key indicators such as SLAs, volumes, backlogs, and error rates across various fronts. Identify process deviations and inconsistencies, escalating issues to stakeholders for timely resolution. Support the design and documentation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality as operations scale.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Proficiency in data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus. Experience in process mapping, creating SOPs, and operational documentation.
