Core Responsibilities

The HR Business Generalist will support the Senior HRBP in driving talent management processes, including performance management and succession planning. They will also serve as an escalation point for employee relations cases and partner with HR specialty areas to execute organizational strategy.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience in an HR role, preferably within a multinational Shared Services or BPO environment. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, along with demonstrated experience in data analysis for employee experience or performance tracking.
