What You'll Do
Act hands-on in a specific business vertical, applying systems thinking and AI-first practices directly to the product. Strengthen the direction of Product Design through cross-functional leadership and collaboration among Design, Product, Research, and Engineering. Elevate craft quality, interaction consistency, and visual hierarchy through continuous evolution of shared standards.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in Product Design for scalable digital products, with a focus on systems thinking and craft standards. Proven experience influencing design direction across multiple teams. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows applied to product discovery, prototyping, and documentation.
