Lead and manage IT projects as a Scrum Master. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes. Utilize metrics such as Lead Time and Cycle Time to improve team performance.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban metrics, and project management. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Basic knowledge of SAFe and Design Thinking methodologies.
