Core Responsibilities

This role serves as the primary HR Business Partner support for General & Administrative functions, executing core People processes and providing day-to-day local support. Responsibilities include overseeing HRBP processes in systems like Workday and Jira, supporting the full hiring lifecycle, and managing contractor conversions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HRBP support capacity, with strong knowledge of Brazilian and North American labor laws. Essential qualifications include experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, strong stakeholder management, proficiency with Workday or another global HRIS, and fluency in Portuguese and English.
