HRBP Lead

Act as a strategic partner to business areas, advising leaders on talent and organizational decisions. Design and implement development, performance, and cultural initiatives. Analyze people metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Identify improvement opportunities and support organizational change processes.

Minimum 5 years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in similar roles, with experience supporting leaders and making impactful talent decisions. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields focused on people management. Strong strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills. Conversational English is essential for interaction with stakeholders.
