HR Shared Service Employee Experience Specialist

Ensure continuity of business as usual (BAU) HR operations and administrative work in your respective cluster/country. Answer employee queries, maintain accurate employee data, and connect associates with the right tools. Propose improvements to internal processes with a focus on automation and consistency across HR and the business.

Proficiency in HR solutions on Workday with at least 1 year of heavy use. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish.
