The Technical Account Manager is responsible for leading enterprise onboarding, configuring the CommandLink ITSM platform, and managing technical integrations. They act as the primary technical owner for assigned accounts to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and the realization of platform value.

Requirements

Candidates need at least 3-5 years of experience in a TAM or technical support role within a SaaS environment. Proficiency in ITSM platforms, API/webhook integrations, and ITIL processes is required.
