Control and manage the commercial programming and execution of the portfolio through client management in the assigned zone. Ensure compliance with commercial budgets and follow up on the team's reporting of all actions through the USSD tool. Propose commercial plans and actions for product management and development, aiming to improve response times for internal and external clients.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. Experience in managing microfinance clients and portfolios. Knowledge of microfinance segment strategies and advanced Excel skills.
