Finance Analyst (Analista Financeiro) - São Paulo (Hybrid)
ClaraCore Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice validation and payment scheduling. Execute financial postings and journal entries in the ERP system while ensuring a proper audit trail. Perform daily and monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams. Ensure all financial processes comply with Brazilian regulatory requirements and assist with internal and external audits.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Solid experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
