Support the tracking and management of commercial opportunities recorded in Salesforce. Assist in analyzing and organizing data related to internal sales opportunities. Facilitate access and direction of information for approximately 600 opportunities handled monthly by the team. Monitor the functional email inbox and direct messages and requests to the responsible sales representatives.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, Production Engineering, or related fields. Expected graduation date from January 2028 onwards. Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in developing skills in Power BI, automation tools, and artificial intelligence. Basic English for email comprehension and participation in discussions.
