This role involves serving as a strategic advisor, leading client discussions, analyzing performance data, and ensuring strategic alignment with execution teams.
Requirements
Candidates must possess 5 to 7 years of experience managing retention marketing programs specifically for DTC ecommerce brands, with required expertise in developing lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, CRM, and loyalty programs, including extensive experience with Klaviyo. Strong analytical skills, client communication abilities, and experience supporting Shopify-based brands are essential.
