The Administrative Assistant will manage the CEO and CCO's schedules, communications, and daily priorities to ensure operational efficiency. They will also oversee key projects, maintain SOPs, and assist with team hiring and onboarding processes.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a high-level support or operations role and possess strong proficiency in Google Suite, ClickUp, and AI tools. The role requires full-time availability with near real-time responsiveness during core hours and excellent communication skills.
