Requirements
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Exact Sciences, or related fields. 6 years of experience in leadership roles focused on process management and continuous improvement, preferably in multi-site logistics or manufacturing environments. Proven experience in managing and prioritizing complex project portfolios and using performance indicators for operational monitoring. Advanced certifications in operational excellence methodologies are desirable.
