Core Responsibilities

The role involves supporting Human Resources processes for supported departments, actively participating in HR processes for interns, and providing induction to new interns within the Vice Presidency. Responsibilities also include preparing reports and indicators for assigned processes and coordinating training development.

Requirements

Candidates must be students in the 7th or 8th cycle of majors such as Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Required competencies include knowledge and handling of various HR processes, intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Excel, and intermediate English proficiency.
