Manager, Paid Search
DEPT®Core Responsibilities
The Manager will lead paid search strategy and execution across client portfolios to meet efficiency, growth, and budget targets, developing optimization strategies using platforms like SA360. They will own client deliverables such as roadmaps, testing plans, and QBRs, while also coaching and mentoring team members on technical and strategic capabilities.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms, including advanced knowledge of SEM strategy and bid management tools like SA360. Essential requirements include proven experience designing A/B tests, strong analytical and reporting skills, excellent communication for client presentations, and experience mentoring junior staff.
