Core Responsibilities

The role involves establishing the Program Management Office from the ground up, defining governance, and overseeing Project Managers across decentralized technical PODs to ensure alignment with global OKRs. Key tasks include engineering standardized processes, owning the toolset integration (Asana, Jira, Confluence, G Suite), and driving AI-first automation within PMO functions.

Requirements

Candidates must have extensive experience running complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs, ideally in an agency or tech setting, with proven ability to influence senior leadership across regions. A deep understanding of AI concepts like Agentic Orchestration, LLMs, and RAG is required, alongside expert proficiency in modern PM tools and hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
