Manage effective negotiations to persuade and retain customers from pre-application through our BBVA app, closing auto credit sales via phone. Assist users throughout the credit process, addressing inquiries and collecting necessary documentation. Ensure quality models are applied to provide unique sales experiences while adhering to institutional policies and values.

2 to 3 years of experience as a telephone sales executive for financial, automotive, and/or insurance products. Completed technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree preferred. Essential knowledge in customer service in a call center, sales closure, understanding of key credit concepts, and automotive market trends.
