The Customer Success Manager will serve as the main contact for schools and government representatives in LATAM, focusing on the Mendoza Province, Argentina, leading onboarding and providing ongoing training. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships to maximize platform usage, retention, and monitoring usage data to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in client or educational projects/services/support, demonstrating task-driven project management skills aimed at customer success. Strong consultative skills, bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, and the ability to work autonomously while being based in Mendoza Province with personal transportation are essential.
