Core Responsibilities

Support the submission of invoices to clients via portals and email while verifying basic data and recording evidence of delivery. Monitor sent invoices, report incidents to analysts, and maintain organized billing documentation according to established SLAs.

Requirements

Requires a degree or technical certification in Accounting, Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar. Candidates should have 1 year of experience in similar functions and knowledge of invoice submission portals.
