Core Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Team Leader will be responsible for hitting the team sales quota by leading a team of up to 12 sales specialists, including hiring, onboarding, motivating, and controlling their performance. This role also involves implementing workflow changes, conducting training, ensuring process adherence, and providing performance reports for the LATAM market.

Requirements

Candidates must possess proficiency in both Spanish and English (B1/B2 level) and have over three years of experience in Telemarketing or B2C sales, coupled with over three years in sales management. Essential skills include data analysis, coaching experience, strong soft and communication skills, and proven experience working with CRM systems.
