Lead strategic projects to optimize processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs. Manage the team of commercial managers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Identify market opportunities and implement technological solutions that differentiate the platform. Ensure operations align with business objectives and create value for clients and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. Extensive experience in credit analysis, risk management, and strategic planning. Background in wholesale banking within the Corporate and Agro segments, along with team leadership experience. Knowledge of financial statement analysis and capital market products. CPA-20 certification and proficiency in English are mandatory.
