Practicante Profesional de Talent Acquisition LATAM

Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across various Latin American countries. Manage schedules, invitations, rescheduling, and operational communications during the selection process. Monitor compliance with stages, response times, and updates in the ATS. Support the preparation and analysis of indicators using Excel and Power BI.

Recent graduates or students in their final cycles of Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management, Systems Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI. Intermediate or advanced English and Portuguese skills are desirable.
